🛍️ Grocery List (For 30 Days)

Protein (Base)

  • 20 lbs ground turkey or grass-fed beef
  • 4 lbs beef or chicken liver (increased for extra iron & vitamins)

Healthy Fats (Supports Immunity & Inflammation)

  • 16 oz canned sardines in water (no salt added) or canned tuna
  • 1 cup cold-pressed unrefined coconut oil

Vegetables (Rich in Antioxidants & Cancer-Fighting Compounds)

  • 6 cups steamed & mashed carrots (replacing kale/spinach)
  • 2 cups peas
  • 6 cups steamed broccoli (added back for antioxidants and cancer-fighting benefits)

Carbohydrate & Fiber (Gut Health & Energy)

  • 6 cups mashed sweet potatoes (Replacing pumpkin)

Superfoods & Supplements

  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 1.5 cups raw unfiltered honey
  • 3/4 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup turmeric + 1 tsp black pepper
  • 6 cups unsalted bone broth

Additional Supplements:

  • 3 tbsp spirulina (Detox & immune boost)
  • 2 tbsp medicinal mushroom blend (Anti-cancer & longevity)

  1. Brown the meat: Cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, drain excess fat.
  2. Add the liver: Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  3. Steam carrots, peas & broccoli: Lightly mash after steaming for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Steam sweet potatoes: Cook until soft, then mash.
  5. Mix everything together (including bone broth, oils, flaxseeds, honey, etc.).
  6. Cool completely, then portion into meal-sized containers.
  7. Store in fridge/freezer.

🥔 Raw Method (Recommended for Maximum Nutrients):

  1. Grind or finely chop the beef, turkey, and liver.
  2. Lightly pulse the veggies in a food processor.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Store in meal-sized portions in the fridge/freezer.
